US Embassy underwater photo challenge

MANILA, May 24 (PIA) - To celebrate Ocean’s Month in June, the United States Embassy Manila is encouraging photo enthusiasts and online followers to submit their best and original underwater photo capturing the beauty of the ocean.

According to the US Embassy Manila, the photo challenge is open to all Filipinos residing in the Philippines, ages 18 and above. Only one photo per participant is allowed.

Submitted photo must also be accompanied by a title and caption (with the location where the photo was taken) to provide context for the photo.

Representatives from the Embassy will judge based on the following criteria: 50 percent creativity of the shot and 50 percent relevance to the challenge theme.

Submission of entries will be until June 3, 2016. The winner will be announced on June 8, 2016.
