Manila Water conducts maintenance, rehabilitation works in QC, Pasig

PASIG CITY, June 18 (PIA) -- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) today advised the public of scheduled and ongoing maintenance and rehabilitation works in some key areas in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The MMDA told the PIA-NCR that water concessionaire Manila Water Company is undertaking maintenance and rehabilitation works in the following locations:

1. Commonwealth Ave. near MMDA outpost
Duration of work: June 21 – July 21, 2021

2. Eastwood City cor. C5 Northbound, E. Rodriguez Jr., Ave., Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City
Duration of work: June 16 – July 17, 2021

3. Commonwealth Ave. fronting MMDA outpost
Duration of work: June 15 – July 15, 2020

For those affected by such interruptions, Manila Water advised affected customers to store water just good enough for their needs during the period.

After service is restored, customers must wait a few minutes for flushing before using the water from their taps. (PIA NCR)
