"Here is the current situation in various vaccination sites in Manila City today, 23th June. This is in the midst of co-deployment of COVID-19 vaccines in malls and school sites. It has reached 2,000 people who came to every mall site this morning to be vaccinated with the first dose so they will no longer accept additional individuals," the Manila PIO said.
Among the malls it mentioned include the Lucky Chinatown Mall, Robinsons Place Manila, SM Manila, and SM San Lazaro.
It also reminded citizens who will be inoculated that vaccines are being administered until 8 p.m. today.
"Everyone is encouraged to go to vaccination sites at other times to avoid congestion. We want to ensure your safety," it added.
The PIO said for those who have already pre-registered, "just bring the waiver form or QR code for verification."
"If you haven't registered just go to www.manilacovid19vaccine.ph.
