QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi has led the ceremonial turn-over of the city government's zero-interest loan assistance amounting to P1.9 million, over the weekend.
The recipients belong to Batch 126 and 127 beneficiaries of the Tulong Negosyo program on June 25 at Muntinlupa City Hall.
During the event, Fresnedi vowed to continue the micro-financing program and assist “Muntipreneurs” especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through the Tulong Negosyo (former Dagdag Puhunan) of the Joint Resource Financing Program, MSMEs in Muntinlupa can apply for zero-interest loan ranging from P2,000 up to P150,000 depending on the business capital ceiling and payment record of beneficiaries.
Also attending the event were: JRFP acting chief Malou Lobo and Gender and Development Office program director Trina Biazon.
