QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) announced the commencement of construction for new housing units under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program, aimed at benefiting interested Pag-IBIG members.

Acuzar highlighted that housing units will be established in various locations, including Quezon City, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bacolod, and Caloocan, with plans to expand the initiative nationwide.

Noong una akala nila ay drawing, kasi walang tumatayo. Ngayon sa panahong ito, makikita niyo all over the country na tumatayo na yung pambansang pabahay at mag-aaward na kami ng mga beneficiaries,” he said.

To facilitate participation in the program, Acuzar encouraged prospective applicants to register with their local government units (LGUs) and submit the necessary documents to DHSUD to secure their place in the program’s queue.

Kailangan mag-documentation na kayo, kasi yung documentation na yun, dokumento na ‘yan, gagamitin yan sa mga bangko at Pag-IBIG,” he added.

To ensure that the housing units are allocated to legitimate beneficiaries rather than for business purposes, applicants must be first-time homebuyers.
