PASIG CITY, (PIA) — Good news for bookworms! Pasig City launched the Hooked on Books (HOB) Library and Reading Program.

The ceremonial turnover of the 21st HOB Library was led by LINKS PH President Maria Consuelo Doble and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto held at the Pinagbuhatan Elementary School.



Mayor Vico thanked the organization and volunteers for making the project possible. He also encouraged the students of Pinagbuhatan Elementary School and young learners of Pasig to make reading a habit

The program developed through the collaboration of the Pasig City Government and Linking Individuals to Nurture Kids’ Success (LINKS) Philippines aims to cultivate the imagination and skills of young people toward a bright future through reading.
