Weekend road repairs continue in parts of QC, Pasig City

QUEZON CITY, July 3 (PIA) – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will continue road repairs and reblocking in parts of Quezon City and Pasig City starting Friday, July 3 at 10 PM until Monday, July 6 at 5 AM.

According to DPWH, areas up for repair include C-5 Road from Petron Gasul Depot to Lanuza St., Pasig City (3rd outermost lane) and along Payatas Road from Bicol St. to Visayas St., Quezon City (2nd lane), both northbound direction.

Also included in the repair schedule is the southbound area of Commonwealth Ave., Commonwealth Market extension overpass to Bicol-Leyte overpass (2nd lane from Median Island).

Motorists are advised to take alternate routes to avoid inconvenience. (DPWH/MMDA/RJB/JEG/PIA-NCR)
