9 PLMun students in Liuzhou, China under the students exchange program

MUNTINLUPA CITY, Nov. 7 (PIA)--Nine students from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa were selected to join in a one month Students Exchange Program at Liuzhou City Vocational College (LCVC) as part of Muntinlupa’s sister city agreement with Liuzhou City, China.
The PLMun exchange students from the College of Information Technology and Computer Studies (CITCS) include Arllone Neal Distrito, Melery Bautista, Caleo John Capalla, Crisan Joshua Ebreo, Almarie Fernandez, Christian Mirandilla, Angel May Odron, Roan Monique Salazar, and Micah Shelly Santos.
The delegates, headed by PLMun Assoc. Prof. Alain Anuevo, arrived at the state-owned LCVC in China last November 3 to embark on a one month exchange program and Logistics and Chain Management course.
They will also study Mandarin language and undergo a training on Information & Communication Technologies (ICT).
Meanwhile, nine students and one faculty staff from Liuzhou City Vocational College (LCVC) are also set to visit PLMun on November 2019 for a special course on English Language.
Mayor Jaime Fresnedi said he is thankful to the People's Government of Liuzhou for the educational exchange program.
He said that he also hopes to strengthen the City of Muntinlupa’s relations with Liuzhou and to further explore points of collaboration in the other development areas such as health and wellness, culture and the arts, among others.
