CALOOCAN CITY, June 15 (PIA) -- The Pasay City Hall on Monday got a safety seal stamp from the the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) for complying with the health and safety protocols against COVID-19.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano and other city hall officials personally witnessed the stamping of the safety seal by DILG City Director Gloria Aguhar.

Rubiano said the safety seal stamp guarantees adherence to the prescribed sanitation, cleanliness standards, and safety and health protocols.

She said that as the economy slowly rebounds after more than a year, the assurance of safety is very much needed.

“Lalo na dito sa City Hall, tuloy-tuloy ang pagpunta ng ating mga mamamayan kaya tama lang na masiguro na ang ating City Hall ay ligtas dahil in place ang mga safety measures laban sa COVID-19,” Rubiano said.

The city government launched on June 11 one-stop-shops in the different malls around the city for the businesses in the city to apply for the safety seal certification. (PIA NCR)
