DTI NCRO, BIR to hold webinar for MSMEs on BIR Registration 101

PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- The Department of Trade and Industry National Capital Regional Office (DTI NCRO), in partnership with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is calling all micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Metro Manila to join in a free webinar on BIR Registration 101.

Participants will get to know the benefits and the process of registration and the common problems encountered by the MSMEs.

The free webinar is set on June 28, 2021 (Monday), 8:30 a.m. via Zoom conference.

In putting up a business, there are several government agencies needed to register depending on the type of business, and one of which is with the BIR.

According to DTI, every business enterprise has to register with the BIR for taxation purposes.

The Bureau will furnish your business with its own tax identification number (TIN) and the authority to print receipt, invoices, and others. (DTI NCRO/PIA-NCR)
