PASIG CITY, June 21 (PIA) -- The Department of Trade and Industry National Capital Regional Office (DTI NCRO) is inviting all micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to a free webinar on customer relations service.
The free webinar dubbed “Building a Pandemic-Proof Customer Relations Service: Service Quality,” will be held on June 22 (Tuesday), from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Participants will get to learn the concept of service quality and how the pandemic has changed the customer's behavior.

The free webinar is also open to aspiring business owners.
To recall, customer relations may be a combination of practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
The goal is to improve customer service and assist in customer retention and drive sales growth.
This compiles customer data across different channels, or points of contact, between the customer and the company, which could include the company's website, telephone, live chat, direct mail, marketing materials and social networks.
It can also give customer-facing staff members detailed information on customers' personal information, purchase history, buying preferences and concerns. (PIA NCR)
