SSS opens new branch in Pasig

QUEZON CITY, June 21 (PIA) – The Social Security System (SSS) recently inaugurated its third branch in Pasig City.

Located at the third floor of the Alfonso Commercial Complex along Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenue in Barangay Rosario, the newest branch will cater to around 1,900 employers and more than 28,000 members from five barangays in the area.

According to SSS, since the start of its operations in December 2015, SSS Pasig-Rosario Branch offers transactions such as issuance of Social Security numbers for members and Employer ID numbers and Certificates of Registration for employers; data capture services for applicants of the Unified Multipurpose Identification System (UMID) card; receipt and processing of applications for salary loans, educational loans and funeral grants at receipt of benefit applications for sickness, maternity, disability, retirement and death.

Other branches in the city include SSS Pasig-Shaw at the Chipeco Building along Meralco Avenue corner Shaw Boulevard and SSS Pasig-Rotunda at the Armal Building in Barangay Caniogan. (SSS/RJB/JEG/PIA-NCR)
