MANILA, Sept. 22 (PIA) - Discover the other side of the Sanglahi Dance Troupe as they dance to the beat of OPM hits this Friday, September 23 at the Rizal Park Open-Air Auditorium at 6:00 o’clock in the evening.
Sing and dance to the OPM tunes like: Manila, Para Sa Akin, Kapag Tumibok ang Puso, Akin Ka Na Lang, Nais Ko, Awit ng Kabataan, Sumayaw Sumunod, Mr. Kupido, Mr. Dreamboy, Katawan, Babae Po Ako, Bonggahan, Tara Lets, and more. Sanglahi Dance Troupe was formed in 2008 under the tutelage of Mr. Allan L. Concepcion.
Their repertoire include traditional Philippine folk dances, contemporary, and hip-hop. Some of its members represented the country as Ambassador of Goodwill in different dance festivals in Thailand, New Zealand, and Muscat Oman. They have been a consistent winner of NCCA Sayaw Pinoy National Dance Competition since 2013.
