PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- In celebration of Women’s Month this March, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) PaMaMariSan District Office and TESDA PaMaMariSan Training and Assessment Center (TPTAC) recently conducted a one-day training on donut making for women.
TESDA Director Leonardo E. Pinlac, Ms. Liza Marie V. Gawe, Supervising TESD Specialist, formally opened the program.
Ms. Gawe said that the training serves as an opportunity for the ‘Juanas’ to have an alternative source of income in this recovery time after almost two years of the COVID 19 pandemic.
Chef Lester Olano during the training, demonstrated the easiest ways in preparing chocolate glazed and custard-filled donut.
The TPTAC also gave freebies to the participants
which consists of hand sanitizer with insect repellent and face mask. (TESDA
