PASIG CITY, (PIA) -- The National Capital Region Police Office
(NCRPO) donated relief goods to victims of typhoon ‘Agaton’ in Capiz and in other
areas.
The NCRPO led by its chief Police Major General Felipe R.
Natividad extended help to recent typhoon victims amid the pandemic.
“This relief operation is a manifestation and reflection of our ‘Bayanihan’ culture which unites us in times that our fellow Filipinos need assistance. No matter who is in need we are always willing to extend our hand to help in any way possible," said Natividad.
"We unite as
one to build what was broken and just like the saying goes ‘Bagyo ka lang, Pinoy
kami.’ Yan ang tatak Pinoy, Tatak Team NCRPO, nagtatrabaho ng maayos at tama at
palaging nasa puso ang disiplina,” he added.
According to NCRPO, the donated goods were collected from
voluntary contributions of members of Team NCRPO from regional headquarters,
districts down to police stations and sub-stations. (NCRPO/PIA-NCR)
