Gov’t services one-stop shop set for Sept 16-18 at Malacañang

QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) will host a One Stop Shop event from September 16 to 18, 2024, at the Social Hall, 4th floor Annex of the New Executive Building, Malacañang Complex, San Miguel, Manila.

The event will run daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and aims to enhance accessibility to various government services for officials, personnel, and their dependents.

The One Stop Shop will feature a range of services from multiple government agencies, including:

  • Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) – Applications for UMID cards and retirement benefits.
  • Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) – Registration of new members and issuance of Member Data Records (MDR).
  • Pag-IBIG Fund – Registration, loan applications, updates, and issuance of the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card.
  • Social Security System (SSS) – Applications for voluntary contributions, loans, and record updates.
  • Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Applications for national identification cards and processing of civil registry documents, including birth, marriage, and death certificates.
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) – Issuance and renewal of NBI clearances.
  • Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) – Passport applications and renewals.
  • Land Transportation Office (LTO) – Student permit applications, driver’s license renewals, and vehicle registration renewals.
  • Philippine Postal Corporation (PhilPost) – Issuance of postal IDs.
  • Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) – Information on scholarship offers for personal and skills development.
  • National Housing Authority (NHA) – Housing loan offers for government personnel.
